Truly, what is the best impact drill?
We took a look at the top eight impact drivers readily available at the big box stores, like Home Depot and Lowes, to see which ranked the highest. Everyone has an opinion of which one they think is the best and why, but we wanted to do a little bit more research to see how they actually stacked up. We ranked each of the impact drills by weight, price, warranty, max RPMs, torque, and customer ratings (on Home Depot and Lowes). We are sure you will be surprised by what we found.

How they ranked
All of you who have Milwaukee, you can continue to brag about being the best (at least based on these criteria). All of you others than own Dewalt, Makita or any of the others, you’ll claim this post isn’t accurate and doesn’t take into consideration other important factors. We get it. We love our tools too, and we would hate to have to admit that the 27 batteries we own of a particular brand would have to go to waste if we crossed lines and committed to Milwaukee.
For all of you first time buyers, we hope this information is helpful. From what we found based on these categories Milwaukee would be a great purchase.
